At Poalgi we want to celebrate that long-awaited time of the year when schedules disappear, you take time to take care of yourself and share more than ever around the table. And we do it with a playlist full of songs that will harmonize your summer to the sound of enjoyment.
Sabina knew it and so do you: summer is synonymous with eternal evenings. That time of the year when timetables disappear and it's hard to remember what day it is because it doesn't really matter too much. A state of permanent excitement for which we wait patiently and which gives us moments to remember
The awakened dawns, the aperitif that tastes like glory, the preparations in the kitchen, the tasty conversations around the table (and that long after-dinner conversation), the stories told with enthusiasm! The baths, the water, the fresh flowers, your pampering and care, the impossibly coloured sunsets, the laughter, the hugs... Brief but intense. That's what summer is like.
In Poalgi we live facing the Mediterranean, and in these basins the air is warm, the breeze salty, the sunrises fiery and the nights starry. The Mediterranean summer inspires us, dazzles us, intoxicates us. The Mediterranean is in our DNA, imprinted, stamped, and that inscribes in us a particular way of being and understanding life.
All of this we have turned into the playlist of the summer. So that you can enjoy it during these: the longest days of the year, when anything can happen, from a ‘Summer fairy tale’ to a ‘Summer 1993’.
