Walnuts bread
Ingredients:
400g wheat flour
100g rye flour
15g baking powder
5g brown sugar
7g salt
100g chopped raw walnuts
500ml wheat beer
oat flakes.
Elaboration
Oven at 200°C; chop the walnuts; mix the flours,
salt, sugar and yeast; form a well and carefully add the beer; stir, add the
walnuts and integrate until you have a homogeneous dough; pour it into a
greased mould; sprinkle the oats; bake 50' in the lower half of the oven; turn
the mould after half an hour to brown evenly; take out, wait a few minutes,
unmould on a rack and leave to cool.
